DragonRift'i ("Uygulama") indirerek veya oynayarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
Size, Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamanın kodunu, varlıklarını tersine mühendislikle çözemez, kopyalayamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
Uygulama içinde "gem", "altın" gibi sanal para birimleri ve sandıklar bulunur. Bunların gerçek dünyada parasal bir değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez veya Uygulama dışında kullanılamaz. Gerçek para ile satın almalar App Store / Google Play üzerinden işlenir ve ilgili mağazanın kendi ödeme koşullarına tabidir. Sanal ürünler, satın alma anında Uygulama içinde teslim edilen dijital içeriktir; teslim tamamlandıktan sonra genel olarak iade edilmez (mağazanızın kendi iade politikası saklı kalmak kaydıyla).
Satın alma sorunlarınız için Ayarlar ekranındaki "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" özelliğini kullanabilir veya mağazanızın (Apple/Google) destek kanallarına başvurabilirsiniz.
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz: hile, bot veya yetkisiz üçüncü taraf yazılımı kullanmak; Uygulamanın sunucularına veya diğer oyunculara zarar verecek şekilde müdahale etmek; Uygulamayı yasa dışı bir amaçla kullanmak.
Uygulama içindeki tüm karakterler, sanat eserleri, müzik, kod ve marka Hidstech Ltd'ye aittir veya lisanslıdır.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Yürürlükteki kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.
Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde Uygulamaya erişiminizi durdurabiliriz.
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

By downloading or playing DragonRift (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App's code or assets.
The App contains virtual currencies ("gems", "gold") and chests. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used outside the App. Real-money purchases are processed via the App Store / Google Play and are subject to that store's own payment terms. Virtual items are digital content delivered inside the App at the time of purchase and are generally non-refundable once delivered (subject to your store's own refund policy).
For purchase issues, use "Settings → Restore Purchases" or contact your store's (Apple's or Google's) support.
You agree not to: use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party software; interfere with the App's servers or other players; use the App for any unlawful purpose.
All characters, artwork, music, code, and branding in the App belong to, or are licensed by, Hidstech Ltd.
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend your access to the App if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the current terms.
